Tuesday Stand Alone Statement: Intersection Interaction

There is a time and place since the dawn of the creation of automobiles when two individuals in two cars spent the longest time (in the history of the world) facing each other in the same intersection (having arrived there at about the same time) do that ‘no-you-go-ahead’ wave to each other, both attempting to be gracious.

I wonder where that was and how long they spent there. Was it two minutes? Five?
