Does this happen to you?

So I’m typing an important email which has a question in it and type a question mark after it. And then as I type the next sentence, which isn’t a question, I must still be in question mark mode, because I put a question mark after it.

For example:

Say, can you make sure you send the demand chain data as soon as you get it? I need it for Jeremy’s analysis?

And the reader is confused and thinks to himself, “Don’t you know why you need it?”

I wonder how many times this has happened.

So, have you experienced this?
